Membership Agreements are valid for 12-months (one year) from signing. The Membership Agreement shall continue until terminated by either Party.
For a Member to cancel, a written notice must be provided to the Organization, the following number of days before the next commitment cycle: 30 days. Upon notice receiving the members 30-day notice, members access and benefits will be terminated.
If a member's account becomes past due, a grace period of seven (7) days will be provided. If the overdue balance is not settled within this grace period, the membership will be automatically moved to a canceled status.
A member may request to pause their membership for a minimum duration of thirty (30) days and a maximum duration of ninety (90) days within any twelve (12) month period. Each member is entitled to only one (1) membership pause per calendar year. When pausing your membership, you are not able to use your access and/or benefits until it is unpaused.
This Agreement may also be immediately terminated in the event that there is a breach of the terms of this Agreement by either Party. This Agreement will also immediately terminate upon the death of the Member(s), the inability of the Member(s) to pay the Fees required, the liquidation, dissolution, or discontinuance of the Organization by the Organization in any manner, or the filing of any petition by or against the Organization under federal or state bankruptcy or insolvency laws.
Failure to notify of Termination before annual commitment renewal will result in auto-renewal of another 12-month commitment for the membership selection that was chosen previously (i.e. Singles Monthly vs Annual, Doubles Monthly vs Annual).
